Displayce is a French technology platform specialising in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising campaigns. In 8 years, we are the only French player which counts in this programmatic sector, which is often reserved for the largest international structures. More than 600,000 screens worldwide (US, UK, France, Spain…) are connected in real time to our platform to broadcast the DOOH campaigns for a hundred brands.
We are a team of 20 people based in Bordeaux (France), which will double in 2022.
We are active throughout Europe and plan to open several offices in the main European Countries in 2022.
Since July 2022, JCDecaux has taken a majority stake in our structure and this alliance will give Displayce the means to accelerate its development
We are looking for a talented Head of Sales Belenux to develop our sales activity in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, open our office and promote our Demand-Side Platform to agencies and brands in the Benelux market.
Your Responsabilities and Impact
- Being the Displayce DSP representative in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg:
- Managing a large client portfolio of media agencies (including the Big 5) and trading desks
- Organising regular meetings with agency account managers, leading plenary sessions and creating a dynamic within each agency to generate a maximum number of briefs.
- Negotiating platform agreements and managing QBRs
- Driving uptake of the platform from the media agencies and trading desks and assisting them in creating their media plans:
- Identifying new opportunities to accelerate business and network.
- Bringing and maintaining a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP
- Educating advertisers on the use of programmatic DOOH, including their agencies if necessary
- Working closely with the Customer Success Managers team to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Developing strong industry networks and representing Displayce in-market and at events
Who will you work with?
You will join a team of around 20 people, divided into Tech, Product, Supply, Sales and Data divisions and will report directly to the co-founder.
Competencies & Experience
- You know the media environment perfectly with several successful experiences in advertising agencies in Belgium and Netherlands
- You have a good understanding of programmatic media; knowledge of DOOH would be a plus
- You have a particular affinity for complex media systems (RTB, DSP, ad exhanges…), but you also want to make them easy to understand
- You like to find the best solution for your client, your driving force is their satisfaction
- You know how to work independently, you are rigorous and organised
- You have self-motivation, want to grow a small business unit within an international support framework
- You speak English and are able to conduct meetings in English
- Amsterdam or Brussels
We propose a short (2 weeks) process in 4 steps:
- 30min: on Google Meet with the VP Sales (Marie)
- 30min: Case study + LIVE pitch
- 1 hour: Discussions with 2 future colleagues
- 30min: Meeting with the CEO (Laure)
